Young Adults
Young Adult Council
With a new Senior Pastor and other changes in our Church leadership and Ministry Table, the Young Adult Ministries at WEUMC is shifting our "structure" a little and will be forming a Young Adult Council. This team will meet regularly to collaborate with church direction/focus, plan for our community, listen to needs, ideas, and questions of YAs, evaluate our programs and events, and really explore how we can best live out our vision.

Young Adult Gathering
The next YA Gathering is Sunday, March 14, in the 4th Floor Theater from 9:30-10:45am. This morning will be focusing on Lent and there will be an opportunity to share about any sacrifices, added disciplines, lifestyle changes, etc. that you are practicing this season, as we move towards Easter together.
Covenant Groups
YA Covenant Groups (CGs) are now meeting and we are hoping to add more at various days, times and places. CGs are small groups of YAs (5-8 people) that connect each week for discussion, study, prayer, accountability and more. Each group is self-led and bound/directed by a covenant, which each CG creates together at the beginning; it requires a commitment to gather each week and intentionally journey with others. If you are interested or would like more info, contact Sean P.
Making Room
This group is young married couples in their 20s and 30s, with or without children. They are seeking to put down roots through meaningful community, great friendships, challenging conversation on faith and family issues, and service to others. They meet in Room 411 every Sunday morning from 10:00-10:50am.
The Well
This group is made up of both married and single young adults, and is a mix of students and professionals. They enjoy exploring a variety of topics ranging from biblical studies to current local & world issues in an open discussion format. They meet in the Bishop's Parlor every Sunday morning from 9:45-10:45 a.m. Contact Charlie Hall (TNUChuck@aol.com) or Betsy Carle (elizabethwlamb@gmail.com) for more information.
