The Chancel Choir, an ensemble of 75 voices, rehearses on Thursday evenings from 7:15-9:15 p.m. and sings at the 11 a.m. Sunday worship service. The group also presents concerts throughout the year. Their concerts have been recognized by the Nashville Scene for their excellence. Walter Bittner of the Nashville Symphony called the Chancel Choir’s 2014 performance of the Brahms Requiem, “a deeply moving performance.”
An internationally renowned ensemble, the Chancel Choir has made nine tours to Europe as part of the church's ministry since 1986. They have sung at conventions of the American Guild of Organists, the American Choral Director’s Association, and the Fellowship of United Methodist Musicians.
