West End Responds in a Big Way
Thank you West End United Methodist for embodying the love of God in response to the historic floods in the Nashville area! By being channels of God’s love to your neighbors you are doing exactly what Jesus calls us all to do. The love channeled through West End to those displaced by the flood has been a remarkable thing to witness.
Climb aboard for Galactic Blast Vacation Bible School 2010 (June 14-18)!
We will voyage into outer space praising God. Through daily missions, the “space cadets” will see space like never before, gain a new perspective on our planet Earth, and learn easy "green" earth tips they can practice at home. This cosmic combination of faith and fun will have our cadets developing a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ. Registration deadline is May 28!
St. Gregory’s Choir of St. George’s to Join Sanctuary Choir for Evensong November 15
On Sunday, November 15 at 4 p.m., at West End, St. Gregory’s Choir of St. George’s Episcopal Church will join Sanctuary Choir in a service of choral evensong. Gerry Senechal, Associate Director of Music Ministries at St. George’s, directs St. Gregory’s Choir and was formerly a Music Intern here at West End. We welcome them for this special service and look forward to hearing the blend of these two groups under the shared leadership of Mr. Senechal and Andrew Risinger . The service will include music of Stanford, Mathias, Widor, Smith and Atkins.

Faithful Giving Campaign 2009
This is one of West End’s most important Faithful Giving Campaigns. We are very hopeful about where we are headed, and are placing our trust in God for the future of our mission and ministry. But God also trusts us to play our part. West End United Methodist Church can only do what we make possible through our financial giving. That is why we are asking you to make a pledge for 2010, primarily in gratitude for what God has already given us, but also to provide the financial resources that can maximize the potential of this wonderful congregation.
Multi-Media Ministry helps church faithfully live out Vision and Mission
The purpose of this Multi-Media Ministry is to integrate photography, video, audio, music, visual arts, computers and other technology into the efforts at West End to live out our Vision and Mission.
