We continue examining the story of David with this familiar story of the confrontation of the King by Nathan – God’s calling David out for the horrible sin he has committed. Sometimes we are in David’s position, confronted by God for sins we have committed. Other times we are Nathan, called by God to confront sin. But perhaps the most important lesson of the story for us is the unimaginable power of God’s mercy.
