The Young Adult Community at West End seeks to live intentionally into our
vision, and we work to hold ourselves and each other accountable to who God is
calling us to be & how God is calling us to live. Two questions guide us
in this direction.
- What will our community look like if we embrace our vision fully, and seek to be the connect & transforming "Loving Light of Christ" in this time and place?
- What changes will be required in our individual and communal lives to make this a reality?
We want to be connected with God, our church, our community and world. We
desire transformation in our own lives, with our church and community, and
throughout the world. We invite you to be a part of this journey with us.

This group is made up of both married and single young adults, and is a mix
of students & professionals. They enjoy exploring a variety of topics
ranging from biblical studies to current local & world issues in an open
discussion format. They meet in the 4th Floor Theater every Sunday morning from
9:45-10:45am, contact Charlie Hall or Clark Ramey for more
information.

Many of the Young Adults at WEUMC are a part of one of our fabulous choirs!
The Chancel Choir rehearses on Thursday evenings from 7:15 - 9:15 p.m. and serve
as the worship choir for the 11:00 a.m. service. The Sanctuary Choir rehearses
Wednesday evenings from 7:30-9:00 p.m. This friendly group of singers enjoys
making music and serving as the worship choir for the 8:45 a.m. service. Visit
our Music and Arts page or contact Don Marler for more
information.

The Young Adults at WEUMC are involved with various serving opportunities at
our church and in our community throughout the year. This includes Habitat for
Humanity, Room in the Inn, Experience Christmas and more, and we're always open
to new ways to serve.

Come and enjoy a delicious meal with other college age students every Sunday
after the 11 a.m. worship service in Room 312. We have both undergrad and
graduate students attending from different colleges around Nashville. It is a
great way to get to know other students and discuss our faith.

forms of communication (bulletin, West End Report, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and
more.

This team plans & evaluates for our Sunday morning groups/classes,
leads and/or coordinates each gathering, collects and distributes prayer
requests, contacts guests and helps new folks connect at West End, and more.
-
This team will meet regularly to collaborate with church direction/focus,
plan for our community, listen to needs, ideas, questions, etc. of YAs, evaluate
our programs, events, etc. and really explore how we can best live out our
vision. If you are interested in being a part of this group and/or have some
input, please let us know; we need YAs who are active on Sunday mornings and
involved with our ministry and others at West End, along with a willingness to
commit to meeting every 4-6 weeks.
