The Full Time Program operates Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. New classes are formed at the beginning of August. The Full Time Program is closed for 10 holidays, 9 professional days, and 2 Parent/Teacher Conference days. See the 2016-2017 School Year (PDF) for a complete listing.
Children from six weeks through five years are eligible to attend five days per week for up to 9 ½ hours per day.
The teacher–child ratio is 1 to 5 for Toddlers, Twos, and Threes in a class of ten children; 1 to 10 for Fours and Pre-K in a class of twenty children.
Daily, children are served two snacks and a heart healthy lunch prepared on site "from scratch" with fresh ingredients.
A non-refundable registration fee of $100 is required for each child to be placed on the waiting list. Tuition for Infants is $1200 per month; Toddlers and Early Preschool is $1,145 per month; $1,125 for Preschool, and $1,092 for PreK.
Registrations are accepted throughout the year. Available spaces are filled from the waiting list. Members of West End United Methodist Church and families of currently enrolled Day School and Play School participants are given priority. To register, complete the Full Time Registration Form (PDF) and return it with your check in the amount of $100 made out to “West End Preschool.”
