The kitchenettes would get a lot more use if they worked! On the third floor, they’ve traditionally been used for staff lunch preparation and cleanup, coffee making and for members and staff to share treats. The fourth floor kitchenette is needed for children’s snacks and some craft project preparations.
Condition: The kitchenettes on the third and fourth floors are dated and the plumbing requires repair.
Solution: The kitchenettes will get a makeover, the refrigerator/stove units will be removed, and the plumbing will be repaired. They will undergo a facelift much like the kitchenette in the mailroom next to Reed Hall received last year.
Cost: $6,300
Your Contribution: Please prayerfully consider how you can help above and beyond your normal pledge giving to repair our beautiful church building. See the reverse side of this flyer for the project budget. Your gift will make a difference.

Carpentry – $1,960

Fourth Floor Restroom Remodel

McWhirter Hall has new flooring, but the restrooms fail to reflect the hospitable nature of our church. Anyone who has taken a peek into the men’s restroom knows the unpleasant truth: it is really a mechanical room with toilet facilities.
