After about 30 years, the Reverend Margaret Howell finally has the job for which she entered into the ministry. With both a passion for and a training in pastoral care and counseling, Howell has already made deep connections as West End UMC’s new minister of home and hospital visitation.
Howell grew up on a farm just outside of Creston, Iowa. “We had a loving family and a loving extended family,” Margie said, feeling blessed. While her father farmed, her mother was a teacher.
