On Sundays we have worship services at 8:45 and 11 a.m. Both services have in-person attendance and are available on Livestream and Facebook. Those who attend in-person can simply show up. We will have more entrances open including the automatic doors, West Lawn, and all of the doors along West End Avenue. Signs will be posted at the doors welcoming everyone with the message that masks are encouraged but not required for those who are vaccinated. Everyone can choose where they sit; therefore, you can sit at your favorite spot again! We will have attendance pads and prayer cards in the pew racks; however, we will not be passing the offering plates. Offering boxes are available in the narthex and Reed Hall.
Those who have been fully vaccinated are no longer required to wear masks on Sunday morning. We are a community of trust, and we trust that those who attend services will make the right personal choice of whether or not to wear a mask. We also recognize that children under the age of 12 do not yet have access to a vaccine. Some of us might choose to wear masks in order to set a good example for the children and to be in solidarity with them. Those who work with children will continue to wear their masks. While children will wear a mask indoors, masks are optional for outdoor activities.
