Counselor-Led Grief Processing Group
Grief can be a difficult experience to process, especially without support. This grief processing group has been designed to provide a safe and welcoming environment for you to share your grief. We often find that grief can come in waves and can be triggered by important dates, including holidays. Along with providing support, this group will help each member develop skills to nurture and support them during these difficult times.
The group will be led by Cara Lindell, MA, LPC-MHSP from The Counseling Center at Belle Meade UMC. Cara is a licensed practicing counselor who specializes in Grief and Bereavement with advanced training in the Grief Recovery Methodâ.
Group sessions will be held on Monday evenings November 7-December 12 from 6-7 P.M. in Room 322. Before registering, please make sure you can attend at least 5 out of the 6 meetings. Register below by October 30.
