Love & Logic Parenting Seminar
Love and Logic Parenting Seminar
Do you ever have one of those, “I don’t know what to do” moments with your child’s challenging behaviors?
It happens to the best of us! But there are ways to deal with these situations as they arise, and ways in which you can still be the ‘good guy’ while delivering loving and logical consequences. Using the Love & Logic “Early Childhood Parenting Made Fun” curriculum as a framework, this five week seminar will generate a discussion that will give you some new ideas and strategies to use with your children. Hosted by Omid Yamini (certified Love & Logic facilitator), everyone’s experiences and input will be important.
Learn a win-win approach to parenting—your child will win because they will learn to solve their own problems while gaining the confidence they need to meet life’s challenges. And you will win because you will establish healthy control, without resorting to anger, threats, nagging or power struggles. Learn to put the FUN back into parenting!
During the five weeks you will learn techniques that will make parenting fun rather than frantic. Topics that will be discussed are:
- Handling Misbehavior without breaking a sweat
- Teaching Children to listen – the first time
- Avoiding Power Struggles
- Limits Create Happier parents, happier children and happier families
- What to do when your children leave you speechless
