Do you have a brain that is always buzzing and has a hard time slowing down? Join us on Wednesday evenings at 6 p.m. beginning October 5 in the Bishops’ Parlor for an hour of Mindfulness Practices led by Mary Agee, a teacher at the University School. This is a 6-week pilot program as follow up to Gordon Peerman’s Mindfulness Retreat in August.
