West End 101 is a resource for newcomers to West End and those wishing to learn more about the United Methodist Church in general, and West End in particular. The 4-week class will begin September 11 at 9:45am in the 4th Story Theater.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

begins Wednesday, August 31, 2016

Breathe, stretch, and strengthen your body during a gentle and playful flow yoga class. This class will provide a space to connect with your body, release stress, and deepen your spiritual practice. Join us Wednesdays 6-7pm beginning August 31. All levels of experience are welcome. Please bring your own mat. Cost is $10 per session.

Disciple Bible Study

Wednesday Nights beginning August 31

Disciple Bible Study is an in-depth approach to Bible study. Includes at-home study, two-hour weekly meetings and discussion, videos with biblical scholars, and a closing retreat. Many past participants describe it as “life-changing.” Meeting Wednesday nights from 6:30-8:30pm. Cost is $20. Facilitated by Revell Michael.

Covenant Discipleship Groups

Beginning January 2017

These groups focus on building trust between members and growing in faith together by meeting weekly for one hour. New Covenant Discipleship groups beginning in January 2017.
