Community Care Fellowship (CCF) is a ministry of the Nashville District of the United Methodist Church for the homeless and poor in Nashville. Started in 1984, CCF is a full service, year round, drop-in day shelter serving homeless men, women, and children.

Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville is an ecumenical Christian ministry that provides the life-changing opportunity for people to purchase and own quality, affordable homes.

2015 marks the 12th year that West End has helped to sponsor and build a Habitat home for a deserving family in Nashville. Our 2015 build dates are: September 12 – October 4.

Henderson Settlement is a mission institution of the United Methodist Red Bird Mission Conference located in Frakes, Kentucky. They seek to share the love of Christ in Appalachia while providing food, clothing, housing, education and jobs.

In October 2015, West End will take a group to serve at Henderson Settlement. This will be an intergenerational trip, open to all ages.

Luke 14:12 is a non-profit soup kitchen providing free hot, nutritious meals to the hungry, homeless, and working poor of the Nashville area. They are an ecumenical outreach program through which persons of diverse faith communities join together in a common effort to address the needs of those who are inadequately fed.

The Nashville Food Project brings people together to grow, cook, and share nourishing food, with the goals of cultivating community and alleviating hunger in our city. Their mission is to provide increased access to healthy foods in homeless and working poor communities across Davidson County.

On the first Sunday of every month, West End’s youth group volunteers with meal prep and food delivery.

Open Table Nashville is a non-profit, interfaith community that disrupts cycles of poverty, journeys with the marginalized and provides education about issues of homelessness. Open Table Nashville’s outreach work helps empower people to attain living wage jobs and find affordable, sustainable housing, all under the umbrella of living in community.

Penuel Ridge is a contemplative, interfaith retreat center in Middle Tennessee that has made a commitment to be in solidarity with the poor, the homeless, and the disenfranchised. Their Solidarity Program offers day retreats and work dignity retreats for the homeless and formerly homeless to connect with the open, safe, and sacred space at Penuel Ridge.

Rooftop partners with congregations to provide emergency rental assistance to residents of Davidson County to prevent homelessness and provide hope. Congregations all over Metro Nashville receive calls on a daily basis from individuals and families asking for emergency help with their rent. Rooftop not only serves these Nashvillians in need, but also provides the churches with a program to help those who come to their doors.

Room In The Inn (RITI)’s mission is to provide programs that emphasize human development and recovery through education, self-help and work, centered in community and long term support for those who call the streets of Nashville home.

Safe Haven’s mission is “to empower Middle Tennessee homeless families with children to achieve lasting self-sufficiency.” Since 1984, Safe Haven has served as the only shelter-to-housing program in Middle Tennessee that accommodates homeless families.
