Our Children’s Ministry will celebrate the beginning of a new School year on Sunday, August 20. This will be an exciting day, filled with movement and fun! Children will meet their leaders and make new friends as children form their Sunday morning groups! 

This might be a “first” for some children—attending a more structured Sunday morning experience, especially for 2 year olds who will participate in a Sunday Morning Group and can now move from the Nursery setting. Other “firsts” include 1st graders moving to the 4th floor where they will experience the Large Group/Small Group teaching model and meet their leaders. 

Parents can help prepare their children for this transition by visiting the new spaces ahead of time; telling children about this upcoming Sunday. Look for more information in a special bulletin insert that outlines room numbers and experiences!
