Habitat for Humanity Fall Build 2020 Day 2
Join us for the fall build with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville. With other United Methodist Churches, we will help build a home for a hardworking future Habitat homeowner. West End needs 10 volunteers per day. After signing up, please pay careful attention to the information you will receive in the form of reminder emails leading up to the day of your build.
Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville has new safety measures on site this build season. They are:
· New face coverings
· New hard hats if activity of the day requires one
· New safety glasses - prescription glasses and sunglasses count!
· New gloves
· Hand sanitizing stations
· Hand washing stations
· If you are feeling sick, have a fever, or are showing signs of acute respiratory illness or difficulty breathing you should not come to the build site.
Please note: the minimum allowed age on the build site is 16 years of age. 16 & 17 year old volunteers must be accompanied by a chaperone and have a release form signed by a parent. The ratio of minor volunteers to chaperones should not exceed 5 minors per 1 chaperone over 21. 16 & 17 year old volunteers will not be allowed to use powers tools or climb on ladders/the roof.
